What will my cake cost?

 

I price cakes by the size and complexity of the design. If you email or text a photo of your cake and an approximate guest count, I can give you an accurate quote. I charge extra for delivery (see below) and orders will be taxed.

 

What are your cake flavors?

 

Cake flavors are vanilla, chocolate, marble, red velvet, strawberry, lemon, orange, and butter pecan.

Icing flavors are vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, orange, lemon, cookies and cream, raspberry, and caramel.

 

Can I taste your cake flavors?

 

Of course! I will be happy to creating a sample set for you with 24 hours notice for you to pick up, or we can meet at a neutral location and sit down for a tasting and consult. I bring all eight cake and icing flavors for you to try.

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

 

I book up very quickly during wedding season (April - August) and I will only take two to three orders for each wedding date so that I can give each cake the attention to detail it deserves. Book your date as soon as possible to save your spot.

 

Do you deliver?

 

Yes, I deliver and set up all wedding cakes. I charge $1/mile one way from my house in Taylors. Please contact me with your venue address for an exact price. I use assistants to help deliver as I will sometimes have family conflicts or two weddings at the same time. If you have a smaller cake, you may pick it up if you prefer. I highly recommend delivery of cakes larger than two tiers.

 

Do you make cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, and other desserts?

 

I am not licensed to make cookies, pies, or other types of cakes and I do not make cake pops, although I can recommend bakers who do. I can make cupcakes in regular and mini sizes. Please contact me for a price quote.

How should I pay for my cake?

 

I let brides set up their own payment plans. I do not require deposits at this time. If you would like to pay monthly, bi-monthly, or in one lump sum on your wedding day, I will work with your plan. You may send payments to PO Box 2022 Taylors, SC 29687 and I will send a receipt for each payment I receive. I can accept cash or checks only at this time. I require payment in full on or before your wedding day.

 

Are you licensed and insured?

 

Although I work out of my home, I am a fully licensed and insured baker under the South Carolina Cottage Food Law.
